After a rainy day the kids have fun searching for things to look at under their magnifying glass.

Hazel and her pet Hamster Chloe - The Castleman Family

Little Hazel learns how to feed and play with a Siberian hamster named Chloe, our new family pet hamster. In a previous video, we went to Petco and purchased our first hamster. According to many people on Youtube, we did everything wrong. We purchased too small of a cage, and too small of a hamster ball. Besides that, Hazel really loves her hamster, and that's what this video is all about.

Clara and Hazel go to Kids Fun Cuts to get new haircuts. It's a fun kid hair salon where the chairs look like cars and they get to watch cartoons while the hairdresser does their job.

Finding and decorating the perfect family Christmas tree! - The Castleman Family

Our family goes on a trip in search of the perfect Christmas tree. The kids have fun at the Home Depot Christmas tree lot, and they find the perfect tree. Bryan loads it onto the roof of the car and brings it home.

After hauling it through the front door, the kids have fun decorating it while jumping around like maniacs.

Joshua Tree or Outer Space? | The Castleman Family

We drove to Joshua Tree National Park just to take the kids stargazing. In Southern California, there are not many places where you can see the night sky. It was a cold evening with high winds. We arrived at sunset and killed some time looking for coyotes, and playing 20 questions.

After it got dark we saw a beautiful night sky.



If you've never been to Joshua Tree, we highly recommend it. The rock formations are amazing to see.

Snow and Ice Skating at Knott's Berry Farm with the kids

We had a magical experience at Knott's Merry Farm! The kids met Snoopy and we enjoyed two great shows from their live entertainment: "A Peanuts Guide to Christmas" and "Merry Christmas, Snoopy! (Snoopy on Ice)". 



We saw carolers and colorful lights all leading up to Snow In Ghost Town! We treated the girls to caramel, candy apples at the old-fashioned candy shop and we, of course, rode some fun rides at Camp Snoopy, including The Huff and Puff, Balloon Race, Camp Bus, the Carousal Merry Go Round, and the Hat Dance.

Evie turns herself into a baby with magic potion!

Baby jumps into pool and swims back up!

Our baby Evie was only 10 months old and learned how to jump into the pool and swim. Believe it or not, this video has seen three lives. The first time it was viewed over 3 million times before Susan deleted it.
